My client will only deal directly with a refinery. If you have the mandate from them then it will be a simple thing for you to write a letter on the refinery letter head stating interest in creating a deal for 1M Barrels of BLCO per month. My client owns the oil and has a registered affiliate that will handle the transaction on their end. This product is not too placed on the open market, which is why he will only deal with the refinery direct. If you are the mandate from the refinery or the refinery its self then let me know and I will tell you where to send the �Letter of Interest� and the address for you to send a marketing kit from the refinery. If you can not do these things please do not waste my time.
